I cant find this stuff anywhere local. Ill get it off amazon if necessary but is there anywhere in Alex or Lafayette that I can buy it from?

Should find it at a restaurant supply store. Maybe ask to buy some at a store with a real meat dept.

I've bought it at plenty of grocery stores. Local and chain.
Winn-Dixie and Rouses I can guarantee should carry it, so whatever the local chains are in that area will too.
