Capital city girll for sure. I'm not sure if downtown seafood is open on weekends but they used to have a decent burger lunch special. I'd guess poor boy Lloyd's as well

lucy's may actually be your only option

Lucy's has a decent burger

Spanish Town Grocery has a real good burger. That may be your best bet.
