Tried it for the first time at the Lake Charles beer fest this past weekend. Don't remember which ones I tried exactly, due to my consumption of multiple other beers, but I remember being very satisfied. First I've heard of them

I swung by their place about about a month and a half ago. It is a restaurant that the owners basically moved their fancy homebrew setup into and expanded it some. So at the moment they are only a brew pub. Apparently they have plans to move towards a distribution model. None of their beers would jump up onto the beer mavens best beers in LA list. However, if I had to drink their beers all weekend I certainly would not be disappointed in any way. Really solid beers.
It doesn't hurt that the food at Fresh Catch Bistreaux was straight up fantastic.

Bingo.
Ate there for 3 meals when I was up there for a conference 2 weeks ago. Food is great.
I had all four brews and really enjoyed the Blonde Ale FWIW
If you go for lunch, you can probably get a tour of their setup. They are trying to expand (as previously mentioned.)
