I was just given a variety six pack of their beer. I've never tried any of their stuff or even heard of them. Anyone have any insight for me?

They are really good. I especially like their wheat beer. It is very similar to blue moon.

Looking at the website, they have a lot of interesting looking beers. The six pack I got doesn't have anything really out there though. 2 ipa's, an amber, an unfiltered wheat, a pale ale, and a belgian witbier.

Boulevard makes good beers. Nothing is a category leader, but its all solid.

Agree with you,rossman. I really liked their American Wheat on tap. I think that their collaboration with Deschutes and thier Pils are solid also. Only ones that I've tasted.

They do make good beer and their unfiltered wheat is a solid summer time beer. I drank a lot of their beer when I lived in MO.

Their Smokestack series is all really good. The bourbon barrel quad probably being my favorite. The regular lineup is all above average, in my experience.
Definitely high on my list of breweries I'd like to see in Louisiana.

The smokestack are phenomenal beers.
Speaking of new beers, our local shop said they expect new belgium by end of summer and will get the complete line. I asked if that included the lips of faith but he didn't seem to certain to know what that was. However, he did say the New Belgium rep said LA was due to get their entire line. Hoping for the best.

Boulevard wheat was my first craft beer and is still one of my favorites to this day
