Boudreaux & Thibodaux's downtown is closed?

Saturday night they were closed up and had "applicant for alcoholic beverage permit" posters in the windows. Did they change owners? Is a new place opening up? I searched here and the OT and didn't see anything. It's not a place I frequent, but I'm curious.
