Are there any restaurants on this side of town with good boiled seafood or crawfish right now?

To eat there? Don't know. But Jimbos is decent for pickup. And LA Boilers

That Louisiana American something place owned by some Viets, nice people, on Coursey near Hickory Ridge. I have had theirs several times, very good and spicy.

Yep, they originally called it "Viet Seafood", but somebody enlightened them to better marketing. Their boiled seafood if very good, the fried stuff is very inconsistent, sometimes its cold and greasy, sometimes pretty good, I don't buy it anymore.

Montalbanos isn't that far. On Florida between Sherwood and flannery

Montalbanos is more than worth the short drive.
