Ever have a Bacon, Lettuce, Tomato, Pimento on Pita?
One of the best and tastiest sandwiches I've ever eaten. First had it in a little joint in Smyrna, GA and fell in love.

A good fresh pita could make a big difference
I may try to make these at home soon with some thick bacon, fresh pita and some South Carolina pimento
