My choice. Haven't been to either but both seem well-regarded. I'd prefer sushi if it's good and fresh.

What say ye?

Seither's and it isn't even close. See if he has any special poboys when you go. Sometimes he can whip up some pretty crazy & delicious stuff.

This is a decision I make about twice a week, I highly recommend the Chirachi lunch at Kyoto 2.

IMO Kyoto 2 > Kyoto 1

Seither's, I'd say. Nothing wrong w/Kyoto Two, I go there on occasion if in the area & struck w/a craving, but it's your standard sort of Americanized sushi place.

Seither's is good, but im not sure its the place to discuss business matters unless its just for pure entertainment or blue collar work.

Looks like a delicious way to ruin tuna.

At Seither's now. Ordered the Kung fu tuna salad and the bisque. Will report back.

Also this is a casual meeting with a colleague.

My colleague enjoyed the Rock n Roll po-boy. I had a cup of the bisque, which was the consistency of potato soup. Lots of big shrimp. Good, not great.

The kung fu tuna salad was a bit underwhelming. Small plate and nice portion of tuna. Didn't know it would have cucumbers, so that's a deduction.

I will have to try their traditional board of fare soon.

Sake Don is in that area too. I went for the first time recently and it was phenomenal.
