What do you guys add extra to the batter or do after it's cooked to make them a little different than directions on the side of the box?

One thing I do is dilute the batter a little - I like the pancakes thinner than you get following the directions.

add vanilla and cinnamon, add chocolate chips, add pecans, add bananas, add berries

I put some cayenne in the batter to spice it up

I call them Cajun pancakes
