I got a big sack of the jumbo greens. I will people cook a few pounds on the weekends. How do I keep the raw peanuts fresh? Freeze? Fridge? Or like potatoes off the ground in a dim area

They'll go bad in a week in fridge or if kept like potatoes. Not sure bout freezing. We always cook whole sack then freeze. Take out and heat in water

I've frozen green peanuts before and they boiled up just fine a few months later. I'd make sure they're washed up pretty well first because it's easier to just cut the plastic away and throw the frozen hunk of peanuts into the pot of salted water.
