Best Vietnamese in Baton Rouge

I ran a search and the most recent threads on the subject were from early 2013. Considering how hit or miss Vietnamese tends to be, I figured I'd ask for a refresh. If you want to delineate between favorite pho and favorite other than pho, feel free.

They really cleaned up the little Vietnam shopping center. Was disappointed last time I went.

Im not sure its the best, but i really enjoy little saigon. They know me in there and always take good care of me. I went there for lunch yesterday.

Dang's is my personal favorite. Since the new owners took over it has been on-point. Best banh mi in the area, too.
