Cajun ham and peperjack cheese. Add jalapenos.

Then of course add the chips onto the sammich.

Cajun Turkey will probably win handily, and for good reason.

Probably Cajun turkey. The chicken salad I had was about 75% mayo. I didn't even finish it because it was just too much. Roast beef and pastrami were very good as well

Love me a good Cajun Turkey. Close second to the hot sausage.

I never understood the appeal for that place. That Inga's sandwich shop right down the road is a whole lot better.

I live fairly close to the Brightside Inga's and I much prefer AM Mart:

1) AM Mart is cheaper and the sandwiches are a lot better
2) Inga's air conditioning system sucks because whenever I've been there I always come out smelling like a nasty sandwich
3) Inga's is about $2 more. That might not seem like much but I find AM Mart is better value/better quantity for what you pay for.

FWIW my roomie has always said the Inga's next to LSU is better than Brightside. But in my 4 years I have never been to the campus location.

If it would please the court, I have all my teeth.

Having said that, I still can't eat Inga's bread. I'm friends with her and her husband. I've asked her what she thought about getting some real New Orleans French bread in there and she's just not interested.

Inga's bread is okay; but I find it to be really flat. I prefer AM Mart's puffier French bread.

My other issue with Brightside Inga's is how that place is jam packed from 11-2 everyday and only the Asian lady and 1 other worker work there during peak hours. That parking lot is always a clusterfrick. There's been several times when I'll attempt going, say "eff it", and end up going to AM Mart or even Subway .

Around $6 and they give you a bag of Zapp's chips. Inga's is around $8 for a combo.

I went a few weeks ago for the first time in about 5 years and noticed they have a pulled pork sandwich on the menu now? What's the story with that? Anyone ever had it?

Cajun turkey w/ pepper jack is the answer

The pulled pork is suprisingly really good.

I'd rank em

Cajun Turkey
Hot Sausage
Pulled Pork
