We spent five days in Seattle last June and most of the meals we ate were underwhelming and over priced. We stayed close to the market and generally ate in that area so that may have had a lot to do with it. There was a pizza place in the alley by the gum wall that was pretty good, nice and quiet with a decent beer and wine selection. Can't remember the name of it, I'll edit if it comes to me later.

The last night we were there, the concierge at the hotel recommended BlueAcre Seafood. Hands down the best meal of the trip, wish we had found it sooner. The menu changes daily based on what they get from the market that morning, and I found it reasonably priced, especially for the quality. Wait staff was excellent and the chef came out to the table when I complimented the meal. They also brought us some "tasters" of different menu items on the house. If we ever find our way back to Seattle, this place would definitely be on the list of stops.
