I don't know if it counts as a resturant but Akershus in Epcot was awesome. Character dining with princesses but it was not a buffet. So good. Norway pavilion.

Victoria and Albert's hands down. An amazing dining experience, one of the few 5 diamond restaurants in Florida.

Epcot has some solid places in the world pavilion. I wanted to try that one in the Grand Floridian that was mentioned earlier.

I like the French place a lot.

Russian, there is only one correct answer to this question. And I got a feeling it's the type of place you would like ... I never thought my all time favorite resturant would be at disney world, but it is :

California Grill and no other places at disney even come close...get the veal tenderloin

get the 6:30-7:00 reservation slot and you can cap your meal with the fireworks show

This is a tough one. I think people overlook that Disney had some of the best restaurants all located on property. Ohanas has been mentioned which is very good. If you want steak most people will tell you to go to Le Cellier or Narcoossee', but in reality the best is actually not well known unless you've been there a bunch and tried them all. The Yachtsman Steakhouse by far has the best steaks on property.

If you are wanting a great themed restaurant them you should try the California Grill. You can catch an awesome meal and watch Wishes, the nightly fireworks show. Cinderellas Castle is overrated and overpriced in my humble opinion. In Hollywood Studios, Mama Melroses is good and the Sci-Fi Diner had some interesting 50's Americana food. Plus in Sci-Fi you get to suit in a booth shaped like a 50's car and watch cheesy films from that era.

EPCOT is almost impossible to critique since it has tons of choices but you can't go wrong with Les Chefs de France, Akershus, Biergarten, and Via Napoli.

I hope this helps.

Fulton's crab house @ downtown Disney is awesome. Also loved Ohana. 1900 Park Fare in the Grand Floridian is an awesome buffet. Really didn't have anything bad while at Disney.

Ohana at the Polynesian, especially for breakfast.

1900 Fare Park, buffet style, at the Grand Floridian, but it was surprisingly good.

Le Cellier Steakhouse, Canada Pavilion at Epcot.

Hoop-De-Doo Musical Revue Dinner Show at Fort Wilderness. Some of the best fried chicken I have ever had.

Thanks to everyone for the suggestions/ideas.

Looks like Ohana, Biergarten, Cali Grill and the Canadian steakhouse are the top suggestions. I'm gonna try to hit them all!

If you end up in Downtown Disney, Earl of Sandwich is cheap(for Disney) and very good. If there is a long line don't worry it moves quickly.

Our resort is near Downtown Disney so I may wander over to the Earl of Sandwich and check out your suggestion.

Cost is not that big a deal since we already bought the deluxe Disney pre-paid meal plan which I plan on using to its fullest!

Great place and atmosphere. I also like the Crystal Palace.

Crystal Palace has a large buffet with a wide variety of good food but some really great prime rib.

Ohana is my favorite but I haven't tried all Disney restaurants.
