So are we including the quarter or not?

My answer is Avery's on Tulane.

I can see him starting in the FQ and a couple of hours later walking along I-10 "They said LaPlace was just a few miles out of town."

In the quarter I would go with either verte mart or johnnys. Does waste your time on mothers. St Charles streetcar uptown will get you to mahoneys with a little walk, or the canal at line can take to Katie's or Liuzzas.

I am going to have to say Johnnys as well. The FDB Illuminati will poo-poo it as "touristy" but I was going there back before the lines stretched down the block and its a solid po-boy (frick your Poor Boy BS).

I can't help it, the hot sausage patty is damn good.

Followed by a long walk through a sketchy neighborhood. I wouldn't recommend this to an out-of-towner. I love Parkway, but take a cab.
