Best Places for a Vegetarian in Baton Rouge

I'm taking a vegetarian to dinner, and I've never really thought about restaurant quality outside of steak and seafood.
So what would you suggest? It doesn't have to be a "vegetarian restaurant" just a place known for great pasta, vegetables, etc.

Thai, Indian. I'm a vege and eat at those type places. Mexican too if she isn't a vegan.

India's is a great suggestion, Bay Leaf on Sherwood also. Indian cuisine doesn't view vegetables as a meat substitute, they are the main show in a lot of dishes.
