Bateaux's on Hwy 59 for take out. Chimes ain't bad but very inconsistent. I need to try Orlando's.

Frog does an excellent job at Orlando's.
Mandeville Seafood is also very solid. Jerry offers boiled sausage with his, which sets him apart IMO.
