Borgne in the Hyatt Regency in NOLA is pretty good

Seagar's in the San Destin Hilton makes a good ribeye.

restaurant r'evolution At the royal sonesta in New Orleans is very high up there. New Orleans hotel restaurants or on a whole 'nother level.

Pretty much. The tourist trade and the deals hotels are willing to make with restaurateurs (mainly chef/owners) make a difference.

One Eleven at the Capital Hotel in Little Rock is really good (though I prefer the Capital Bar and Grill).

The Hive at 21C in Bentonville, Arkansas is also solid (though I prefer Tusk and Trotter if I'm eating in Bentonville)

Both chefs are semifinalists for the James Beard this year.

The guy from the Hive in Bentonville that I posted about just got nominated for Food & Wine's best new chef of 2014 as well.
