What is the most American cocktail you can think of? Im thinking something with either bourbon or gin.

Not American. More of a British thing.

There will be plenty of beer drinking to be had, but at some point liquor will be needed to actually get drunk

Do yourself a favor and mix those 2 together half/half. Taste just like ice cream and will get you smashed

Most american thing that comes to mind is a bourbon over a few cubes of ice to me.

Tomorrow, I will probably end up drinking alot of gin and tonic with lime.
Going to be hot as hell by the pool and I will altnernate between beers and the gin drinks.
