I've seen Stein's mentioned in the GITM thread and I've never had it....I've never had a good deli experience here in NOLA.

I used to love going to Jason's Deli in BR haha. Anyone care to chime in?

I have not eaten at a better deli in New Orleans than Stein's.

Oh look a giant beer room sign that I didn't see as I looked at the coolers in there for 10 minutes hoping for ghost to show up.

Looking forward to trying the food there in the future.

Dan is awake in this picture I think.

This is who you talk to when looking for a beer not on the right side.

Stein's is the best. Cajun Kosher in Metry is pretty good as well. But Stein's the GOAT

What else you looking for?

I like Steins, but they aren't turning out anything that can't be had elsewhere for the same quality. They do have the largest menu of deli sandwiches.

Within driving distance of Nola? I'd say it's really the only spot for good deli sandwiches. Did you read the title of thread?
