And not a single detail given....

Those ribs look great but the tomatoes and cucumbers are something I could eat 24/7.

I grew cukes (straight 8), those are early girls and bush Goliath, which look a lot like Cherokee purple, which they are growing next to... best tasting tomato so far this summer. Grew the basil, bought the cheese.

The ribs were 'Ritchfield extra meaty'. Removed silver skin, rubbed with Salt Lick rub.

I feel like I cooked them at a lower temp. I don't trust the BGE dome thermometer, and I burnt up my remote electronic thermometer in a thermonuclear meltdown (story for another day), and haven't replaced it.

I cooked them about 4 hours and basted with Lillie's Q Carolina sauce. I picked it up at Fresh Market.

Dem maters look better to me than the ribs. Can't wait for mine to come in. I planted late but have plenty of greens now.

I planted over several weekends to spread out the harvest. I've been picking Early Girls and cherries for a month. Creole and Goliath coming in now. Cherokee in a couple of weeks.
