OK, beer aficionados. Got a request for you because I'm sure some of you can pick up my slack. I was having a discussion with a friend the other day about Blue Moon's seasonal Winter Abbey Ale. Long story short, he's looking to expand into better beer, though he'd like to stay in that ballpark for the time being. Not brand-wise, just along a similar flavor profile. He's not a huge fan of hops, which is my particular area of expertise.

Chimay was my first instinct too. Definitely threw that one out there. I'll probably undertake the burdensome task of trying the others first (the horror!
