Any recommendations? I would really appreciate them. Thanks!

You can hardly go wrong anywhere in Vail village, but it's all very pricy. I'll find you the name of the place I went to in Vail...

Up the creek in Vail. (almond crusted red ruby trout was good).
Ticinio in Avon was a good little Italian place. Make reservations.
And there is a bakery in Avon I heard a lot of good things about. Their grocery store is also great for fresh, quick meals for the slopes.

Lancelot's is an old school white tablecloth place in Vail. Great prime rib is its specialty.
