Anyone here can shed a light on this? I was in LeBlanc's in Gonzales earlier today. In the middle of the mustard section is a 8oz glass jar of this stuff. Three flavors. Ten bucks a jar though.

I had some bacon jam a long time ago and didn't find it all that great or worth the price. It seems like it lost it's smokiness or special flavor that regular bacon has.
There are a lot more brands of it now that may be better though

My mom brought some of it over for a party. There was a lot left over. I find it disgusting.
