Asheville food and beer ideas?

Headed up to Asheville this weekend and have heard good things about the food and beer scene.
Have reservations at Posana and Vue 1913 and want to go to Bouchon (they don't do reservations). Any thoughts on these and/or others to do?
For breweries there are obviously the bigger ones like Highland, New Belgium, and Sierra Nevada but what about the smaller ones downtown? Seems like Wicked Weed and Burial are highly rated. Just want to get the most out of my 4 days.

Limone's is fantastic. Go there, you won't be disappointed.
Wicked Weed is good. We also enjoyed High Wire.

Curate for dinner. Also the admiral. Get a drink at grove park inn overlooking the blue ridge mtn.
Wicked weed is a must.

Just got back from Asheville for vacation
Tupelo honey for brunch was good
The admiral was incredible. Get the elk loin
Ate at posano. Also good. Average age seemed to be about 65 for some reason.
Biltmore bistro was incredible as well. I had the trout.
Ate at some place called storm and that was good as well.
Sierra Nevada, wicked weed, and burial beer company were some of the notable breweries we went to. Spent most o our time at the WW funkatorium.

Also there is a new Irish pub about 3 doors down from tupelo honey that has WW freak of nature on tap. Good place to grab a beer while waiting on your brunch table at Tupelo honey

one world brweing has a cool atmosphere. it's under farm burger. they had a blue grass band playing that was legit.
thirsty monk has a nice local feel. go into their basement to enjoy the belgians. visit their rooftop bar for cocktails and great view.
asheville brewing co had some good beers and is worth the stop.
twin leaf brewing was surprisingly good. they have games (ping pong, etc) and several excellent beers (a mexican stout, peach kettle sour when we were there)
bhramari brewhouse was another one that was surprisingly good.
green man beers were meh. cool brewery though.
new belgium was meh. very clean but sterile-feeling. nothing unusual on tap there.
wedge was disappointing. wedge ipa is english style. not worth the drive to me but several here love it.
we didn't go out to sierra nevadea but i hear their food is good and the grounds are pretty.
there's a sake distillery (ben's tune up) which was a nice change of place
as far as food, my favorites were tupelo honey and the admiral. brunch at tupelo honey is killer. the admiral is in west asheville but is worth the trip.
black bird was solid. barley's had decent pizza and a nice tap list.
farm burger was about what you'd expect but good.
didn't get to go to white duck taco.
eta: to anyone going in the future and focusing on beer, i highly recommend staying at the downtown inn. you have to call to get a room and won't find it on expedia, etc. it was very cheap and in the middle of the breweries. it is pretty much a motel but extremely clean.

Wicked Weed
Zambra is a tapas place downtown with great food and an interesting wine list that you should check out as well.
One World Brewing has an interesting tasting room that is kind of hidden. They currently only sell kegs to local establishment and have a plan eventually to distribute. The walk down the alley and down some dark stairs to get to the tasting room was a bit creepy but well worth it.
Overall, I was really blown away by Asheville, the food, beer, beauty of the area and friendliness of the people was impressive. Asheville also has a disproportionate share of lesbians, dogs and gutter punks though.
Enjoy your trip.
I also found that the prices for food and drink was very reasonable.

I feel like this should be a stickied topic. 
I need to go back to Asheville... there was no Funkatorium, New Belgium, or Sierra Nevada when I went last. Plus several newer small breweries have popped up in the last 4 years.

It really should be a sticky at this point. You definitely need to go back. I went twice this past year because I enjoyed the first time so much. Will definitely try to make it a yearly visit for a weekend at this point.

Shreveport, LA's own Great Raft Brewing will be pouring at Burial Beer on Saturday.
Should be a pretty awesome event and a bunch of great breweries there as well.
