If you have someone getting in their car and bringing you food, you don't leave them $1.30, whether it's 20% or not. You should leave $3 at the absolute minimum. Hell, you tip the guy at the bar $1 to take the cap off your beer (or maybe you don't...)

As noted above, you are a true cheapass.

His account at the JJ probably has him as the cheapo tipper so im sure his sandwich has a few extra 'ingredients' when it gets delivered

I was thinking that very thing when I saw the tip amount. I'd be afraid to order from there again if I gave that tip. I give the pizza delivery guy a minimum of 5 bucks. You can't see what's under that cheese.

20 percent tip is pretty fair TBH.

I know I'll probably get some flak for this, but I stopped getting Jimmy John's when I found out the founder hunts tigers, lions, elephants, etc.

Are you not realizing there is a delivery fee as well? Additionally I'm in a large office building and they make deliveries by the half dozen during lunch

Eta:
Plus I used to tip $2 and then JJ created a tip setting with a drop down menu for you to select like 12, 15, 20%. It's their system ya morons

How you tip $5 on a $7 pizza?

Sorry I'm not rich like you

For the service. The driver, unlike a server, isn't doing any less work just because you only ordered one sandwich, and he's using his own gas and vehicle to bring it to you.

I take it from my purse and hand it over. I'm not rich, but I'm not cheap.

I've never paid 7$ for a pizza.

Sounds like you eat pretty cheap, which is good for you I guess

I just think of karma, if I had to deliver shitty sandwiches to people, I'd like more than $1.30.
