My wife an I liked it. It's nice not to have to decide on what to buy at the grocery store and not to have to stop on the way home from work. It also turned us on to some recipes we wouldn't have otherwise tried. My only complaint is that I like to take leftovers to work, and the portions aren't really big enough for leftovers on most of their meals

We do it, although not in a few weeks. There are other threads on the options.

I like it ok, it's hit or miss. It's pretty convenient and the quality isn't bad, it just gets pretty repetitive. My opinion is that they try too hard to make intriguing recipes that are intended to be quick to make. Hence, there is an emphasis of recipe appeal over meal quality, and too much of the complicated stuff is already done.

If you want to try new dishes with pretty good ingredients for convenience, I'd say do it.

If you want to improve your cooking skills, focus on more involved recipes with better end results, you may be disappointed.

We haven't cancelled yet, but will probably try some of the others. Neither of us can cook well, and in general Blue Apron doesn't do much to help that. I will say though, I look at a lot of ATK/Food Lab recipes and learn from those, then put what I learn into the Blue Apron recipes. So in that way, it's probably solid practice for those wanting to develop everyday cooking skills.

I've used it intermittently the past year.

In my opinion, the best way to use it is to pick and choose which deliveries you want week to week. I've gone a month or two skipping every delivery. I've also gone as far as cancelling and BlueApron will then send you promos such as a few free meals to get you to re-activate.

We do it every couple of weeks.

We actually now do hello fresh. It's a little more expensive, but the recipes are better imo

I received a subscription for my birthday, got my first three meals last week. All three meals were great: 1) curried catfish & coconut rice 2) bbq pork burgers & corn on the cob, my favorite. 3) spicy chicken & Korean rice cakes, my wife's favorite. All were easy to prepare, all full of flavor. Only complaints were that my garlic and one ear of corn had mold on them. So I had to replace with what I had. It worked out, just wasn't thrilled about getting moldy produce.

Other than that I am completely pleased, I can't wait for the next meals to arrive.

I've been using the promo deals for all the major ones. I liked HelloFresh and HomeChef better than Blue Apron, but none were bad. Have yet to use Plated, because once you cancel one they'll keep sending you promos to come back. Haven't paid full price yet.
