Not too difficult, just time consuming. Takes a little practice to make it consistently smooth. I have some apple pie that is superb. A fun hobby if you're into that sort of thing.

I don't.. but I know this one guy. He told me its really not difficult. Just work on building a good setup using all stainless and copper parts. use flower and water mixture to seal everything up. Also moonshine is not meant to be drank at 180 proof... it needs to be brought down to about 100. this will also make it go much further.
