Anybody running a smoker today?

Just pulled off 2 7.5lb chickens from Hudderites (not exactly free range or organic but big and juicy and delicious and inexpensive). They will be bbq chicken tonight and then go into chicken and dumplings, chicken pot pie, and maybe fajitas over the week.
Also added some Mac and cheese (bechamel sauce with smoked jalapeños and white and green onions from the garden plus bacon in layers kinda like a casserole.
last thing on menu is potato salad (gonna use mustard and green onions from the garden and farm fresh eggs for that)

The Mac and cheese was great but it's really filling. I suspect it'll be good for leftovers at least a couple days

Do I just eat absurd serving sizes when it comes to chicken? There's no way two chickens would make it for four different dishes at my house.
