If so, can you share any recipes? Thanks in advance

Here is the recipe I use. The trick is to use dry chickpeas....DO NOT USE CANNED PEAS. I also add a handful of fresh mint and double the amount of parsley and cilantro. They turn out great. Make some baba ganoush and feast!

I am eating some falafel for dinner tonight I made about 2 months ago and then froze before frying.

I've used the same one a few times with success.

I recall reading many commenters saying theirs fell apart, but I never had that problem. The instructions call for a test fry and, if it falls apart, add more flour to the mix.

I tried a different recipe with canned chick peas the other night. The falafel balls literally disentigrated in the pan.
