You get the nutrition of all the fruits and veggies without your stomach having to break it all down. It can immediately be absorbed by your stomach. You wouldn't be able to sit and consume those 10 pieces of fruit or veggies in a sitting. You do miss out on the fiber, but you'll get fiber from other food sources. Add chia seeds! Juicing gives you lots of energy and great digestion.
I just had grapefruit (which I've always hated but forcing myself to drink), orange, apple, celery and carrot. Honeydew and kale is good . I have apple carrot beet ginger and lemon, sometimes spinach, in the morning.
Eta I have a Breville 930XL or something like that. Less than 5 minutes for clean up. I clean the screen with a brush that came with the juicer. I would highly suggest getting one, it saves me more time than the sponge or dishwasher would.
