Big launch party for the Gameday Session IPA. Thinking about checking it out.

Gameday Session IPA (Fall)
Nice and easy drinking…perfect for hours of tailgating. This beer isn’t just hop water, though. Gameday Session IPA has a wonderfully balanced profile and is full of Amarillo, Simcoe, Mosaic, and Warrior hops. This hop blend gives a full range of citrus, lemon, grapefruit, mango, pineapple, peach, passion fruit, and piney flavors; making it a whirlwind of classic American hops. This session IPA doesn’t fall short on flavor.

A watered-down version of Juke Joint IPA? No thanks.

Tin Roof is up there with Bayou Teche as far as beers that just don't do it for me. Other than Smiling Ivan I'm just not a fan of anything they brew.

I don't know, but they haven't made a good pale ale or IPA, why should I believe they'll brew a good session IPA?

No, Juke Joint uses Warrior, Columbus, Centennial, and Falconer's Flight. Cascade is added in dry-hopping.

On paper, I like the Gameday IPA hops better.

Unfortunately, I have to agree. The Porter, Hefe, and Watermelon are OK, but nothing drives me to order another one ever again.

As for Bayou Teche, I like the Bayou Peche Peach IPA and Biere Joi with Mello Joy, but that is pretty much it right there.

Cocodrie, peach ipa, and Loup Garou are damn good beers.
