Anybody ever try any of those recipes from Facebook videos

that are all the rage these days? Some of them look tasty, if not diabetes inducing. What are your favorites?
I'm trying this one for Mongolian Beef. My kids love Mongolian beef, and this one takes about 10 minutes to put together an 4 hours to cook in a crockpot.

My mom does often. It's terrible. Not sure if because of recipe or her cooking but whatever the reason it's not good.

I did the tacos al pastor thing and it was meh. The damn thing wouldn't stand up in the oven. It kept falling over. Made a big mess. Flavor was ok but I won't be doing it again.

I tried one a year ago, some kind of steak dip. Not a winner.

This one seems to be pretty dummy proof. I'll post a review when I'm done.

I did the carnitas recipe on tasty once. Good flavor but way too spicy. Way too much chipotle.

The only thing I changed with this recipe is that I added fresh ginger. I have to admit, that it is smelling really, really good right now, and I can definitely small the ginger coming through. I'm about halfway into the 4 hour cook time, though...

I've done them a couple of times. Most times I use the recipe as a "starter" & add/deleteto suit my taste. Did the Mediterranean Chicken the other day & it was good.

Did one today that my wife saw on FB. 8 can taco soup. Came out pretty good. Of course I modified it a little.
It called for 1-2 lbs ground beef, I pack taco srasoning, 1 pack Hidden Valley Ranch seasoning, 2 cans diced tomatos, 1 can rotel, 1 can corn, 1 can black beans, 1 can pinto beans, 1 can red beans. 1 can beef broth. Basically brown the ground beef, drain fat, then add the other ing.
That's what I did, except I added 1 chopped onion when I browned my meat, then I added the tomato and let that smother about 45 minutes, then I added everything else and let it cook 30 minutes or so. Came out pretty good. Oh and I added 32 oz beef stock instead of 1 can of beef broth.

I tried that Mexican wrap crunch thing.
Didn't turn out nothing like it looked.
Dry. Wouldn't stay together

I follow a couple of those accounts. Some have turned out really well. None of them take very long, and its nice to have when you can't think of anything to make.
