This is for a friend. Specifically looking for a place that would have La Cumbre or Bosque stuff on tap.

Go to their breweries( Bosque and LaCumbre). Both are within about a mile or two of each other.
I've only been to Albuquerque once, and due to a flight delay that caused me to alter my schedule, I wasn't able to hit up both breweries. So I chose LaCumbre because they had just released their DIPA.
However, I THINK Bosque serves food.
Also, Marble has tweaked their IPA recipe to a nice, bit hazy, juicy and danky combo. Bosque and Elevated don't do the haze stuff with their's, though I find them to be every bit as good as Opus and stuff. Just lots of dank instead of lots of juice. I like that flavor.
If you go to LaCumbre, get the Project Dank. My favorite single IPA anywhere. I don't think they have their DIPA out right now.
Bosque isn't releasing their Scale Tipper DIPA again until March. Their flagship (Riverwalker) is very good, and if they have the Citra SMASH Pale Ale that I tried a while back in Santa Fe, it's one of the best pale ales I've ever had. It was hazy, with juice and dank.
Hope that helps.

Bistronomy B2B is a great option. They have beers they brew there, guest taps, and make a killer burger. My only night there I went here and wasn't disappointed. Following it I went to La Cumbre and got white girl wasted. Good times.

What you told me about the hops from Full Nelson was no lie. It was only a few days old when I had it on draft there, and I probably would have failed a drug test. Think I was still tasting it during dinner several hours later.

Father Nelson is the only beer I've ever had that was bigger than I am. There was literally a sheen of hop oil a quarter inch thick on top. Unreal. It hurt me.

I gave Hungryfish first choice (I flipped a coin in my truck for him and my buddy). Did he want the bomber of Nelson or Project Dank. He chose Project Dank.
PD is my favorite single IPA, along with WW Pernicuous, but I think Nelson would have given him more wow factor.

Frontier Restaurant for some good grub. However, I don't remember them serving alcohol. Tell him to get some authentic pinon coffee.
Backstreet grill has good food and an assortment of local New Mexican beers on tap.

Not sure about a burger but Bosque serves very good food. A bit hard to find but atmosphere inside is great.
