Came out fanfrickingtastic. I effed up and added the habaneros to the sauce so it came pretty hot but i love the fruitiness of those peppers. Great recipe and will use many times over. I only marinated for about 3 hours which was plenty of time.

Presmoke set up. I'm out of wooden skewers so I had to use this funky cable thing that worked fine.



After a 15 minute rest postsmoke.
