Anyone on here ever do adventurous deviled eggs? I just made some with hogs head cheese added to the mix. Pretty good stuff. I have also smoked the eggs to cook them and added grounded browned smoked sausage. That was really good.

Anyone ever try anything?

It's pretty good. I just put yolks, mayo and hhc in the food processor and added some hot sauce.

I've been thinking about doing a crab meat one with green onions and maybe something else.

I don't like my deviled eggs messed with much. A little fresh chopped jalapeños and bacon is as far out as I go. I love pure deviled egg flavor.

A few capers on top is a nice simple addition too

Plain really can't be beat but I like adding Smoked Salmon and Cream Cheese.

I add smoked salmon but not cream cheese.

Bacon is good, roasted red peppers.

I make them plain mostly though and will make a batch this week.

Wasabi mayonnaise is another change.

Haven't tried wasabi, will have to give that a shot. Also like Sriracha mayo. Been wanting to try Pesto.

Pesto might be pretty good. I buy a smoked salmon and put a few slices in the processor with the yolks and mayo. Then you could put a few capers on top of that. I'll try that too.

Some chopped boiled shrimp, with a small piece of shrimp and a dill sprig on top. Served this recently at a party with great reviews.

Add a little red onion and some lemon juice to that, cracked black on top.

That's my go to deviled egg. Salmon deviled eggs can't be beat.

We do chipotle deviled eggs at Blue Oak BBQ and they're pretty dope.

They are good, but unnecessary. Deviled Eggs are already delicious. However, with a little siracha and some bacon, it's heavenly. You just have to make sure the bacon isn't too salty.
