I use La and don't recall seeing MSG

Forgot to mention we have tried this...it is OK. A shite ton of places in Housotn use it, I've peaked around a few corners and see them using commercial size boxes of it.

Would chackbay work on smoking large meats ? I'm looking at getting into some fusion smoking this summer.
