Anyone ever had this combo plate? I've seen it before in articles, but never gotten it. It sounds amazing.

It's good. The sack is my favorite part.

I recently got one at Katie's and it wasn't bad. A big splice of eggplant substituted for the meat and they included other grilled veggies in addition to the olive salad. It doesn't touch a regular muffalata but it is a nice light-ish alternative.

frickin A, they are.

The Prejean's Pheasant, Quail & Andouille Gumbo, is the only gumbo I will happily consume in 85 degree+ sweltering heat.
