$1.99 brisket packers at siegen target

Stopped by target to get some stuff and saw whole brisket packers are on sale for $1.99/lb again. I'm guessing like a month back, your mileage may vary by location. Only confirmed on siegen Lane Baton Rouge location today

Damn. Haven't seen a brisket under $3.00 here in a long time.

Aside from the same sale a month ago, I can't recall seeing any beef under $3/lb in a long time.
