Interesting list, no way I would have thought Chipolte would be on a list such as this with all the problems they have had. Arby's? what are we missing? They cant make it down here LOL!

Only ones I would take off are Arby's and Dunkin Donuts. Arby is gross. Never been to Chipotle but I read all about their woes on here.

I love Arby's and all the location around me in North Atlanta have great service

I always get fantastic service at Chipotle and it's one of the most consistent fast food restaurants. Obviously they have had a few issues but nothing related to customer service.

I have to say, while I think the food itself is extremely overrated, I'm surprised to not see In-n-Out on this list.
I thought their customer service was on par with Chick Fil A.

Chipotle is flavorless. Izzo's is more than much better. Izzo's is good.

I think Arby's corporate HQ in North ATL. I bet that franchise area is a good one to have! Their service is normally are above average compared to the big 3.
The Chipotle in my neighborhood is always slammed with people even when the bad PR is in the news.
Chick fil A is certainly #1. When the main complaint about a restaurant is that it's not open everyday, they are doing a good job.

I guess because In N Out is regional. 5 Guys and Caines have great service as well.
