A logo for my business and was wondering if anyone could give me some advice on what software I need. I would prefer to use Mac software. I have the ideas of what I want to do just don't know what software or app to use to get it done. Any help or advice would greatly be appreciated. Thanks.

Adobe Illustrator is the premier software in logo design. There is a "lite" version that is freeware called "Inkscape" which is what I use for logo design.

It takes some time to figure out what you're doing. But there are a lot of tutorials out there on YouTube.
