Help with a picture, por favor

[/img] A friend asked if I could edit out the guys hand and phone from the picture. The cactus flower only blooms one night a year and they took a pic with the grand-daughters when this idiot stuck his hand into the shot.
I took out the phone and hand and replaced it with a bloody stub, but his wife wasn't amused.
Any help would be appreciated.
