GIFsoup errors

Anybody tried to make a gif with GIFsoup lately? I tried like 3 times today and it would't work right.
Any other sites you use would be great too...

I've never used it.
I download/trim with Real Player and convert to GIF with Online Converter. LINK
I think Youtube started blocking some sites, because I could make a GIF direct from Youtube to Online Converter at one time. A few months ago Online Converter said you could not longer do it. So, I use Real Player on all now and upload it to the site to convert file.
