Could someone please fark the picture of an infant with a cigarette in his mouth, a Tab drink in one hand, a cigarette pack lying around and a tattoo on his chest that says 'Kenna Bra'. I know its alot to ask, but I suck at computers and I would appreciate it.
Thanks

I use Adobe Fireworks to edit already made gifs and sometimes when creating gifs from stills.

Most of the time I use Photoshop CS3 to create gifs from stills.

I'm on CS4 and when I open a gif it only opens the first frame and loses all the animation properties. Sometimes I wish I would have kept cs3.

I'll poke around in fireworks. Thanks.

Yeah, I actually have PS CS4, too. The Fireworks I have is CS3. PS CS3 won't open all frames in a gif, either. Fireworks isn't that great of an image editing program so I often use it to open gifs and then I can export the frames to files, then with Bridge you can open all the files as layers in PS CS4 and use CS4 to do your image editing.

Wow cool, just played with fireworks see what you mean.

Let me see if I follow this please correct me if I'm wrong.

Open a already animated gif in Fireworks ->
Export STATES to files ->
Open Brige and navigate to the files ->
Open in PS CS4 and it will transfer to layers?

Do you have msn or an email so I can ask you a few things? Thanks!

Sorry OP for hijacking this thread.

Ok, try this-- open your animated gif in Fireworks-->go to File, Export-->in the export box in File (underneath File Name) select Layers to Filesthen Save-->Now go to Bridge and you should see each frames as separate files-->Highlight each of the files in Bridge and at the top select Tools-->Photoshop-->Load Files into Photoshop Layers-->Bridge will then load each of the files into stacked layers for you to begin editing.

If you still have any questions you can sen me an email to mhrlcsw@hotmail.com
