Fark board design help needed

I am trying to come up with a logo for my brother's camp that I can do a recessed wood carving sign with. Can't be overly complicated or intricate since it is going to be carved.

I want to try to carve the letters about 5 to 6 inches tall or more if I have room on the wood. The name of the Camp is "Too Dangerous" and here is a simple one I did just playing around.

Any help from the Photoshop and GIMP wizards appreciated.
