Fake or Actual Photos!/?

I want to know if anyone here can tell if these pics are fakes? None of the players were actually involved in a robbery. Would like to put this to rest once and for all if possible or would you need the original pics to know for sure? We do not have them and do not know who does.

Auburn football players pictured above, Daren Bates, Onterrio McCalebb, Neiko Thorpe weren't actually involved in a robbery.

I don't know if the photos are fake...but I do know that Neiko Thorpe looks like LeVar Burton in that picture.
