Combining three flags into one request

The Acadiana flag, NOLA flag, and St Louis flag.
I want elements of each on the template of the Acadiana flag. Maybe the rivers from the St Louis flag. One of each Fleur De Lis in the upper right. And anything else that may look good.
I would like to use this flag amalgamation as my twitter picture. Thanks to anyone that can help.
