Can someone fark dumbo ears on this guy, and possibly an LSU tattoo

It's an inside joke for a friend. The LSU tattoo is optional, as he's an LSU fan but recently starting bad-mouthing them horrible after the BCS game, even though he went to games this year. He acts like he's never been a fan.
I'm working on one myself, but I'm an extreme amateur and they all look terrible.
