Jackson has been pretty lackluster, and I cannot have another 2pt game from him.

I don't need huge points from his roster spot, just decent points.

He will likely face Haden for at least some of the game, and Cle has a decent defense.

I also own Kelce and Reed (TE's), who have had a better few weeks than VJax.

Rest of starting roster (Marshall on bye)
QB Luck
QB Rivers
RB Ellington
RB Charles
WR Benjamin
WR OBJ
FLEX Hill
FLEX Question above

I have Kelce and Reed in one of my leagues and I'm starting Kelce.

Good job not answering his question.

I would roll with VJax...He is getting the targets, and the catches will start to come especially with Evans taking some heat away from him.

With that said, I own him, and I am keeping him on a short leash

If you do decide to go with one of the other guys, I would go with Reed

kind of defeats the purpose of the post, IMO

VJax and Kelce are both boom or bust. VJ gets targets and does nothing with them while Kelce simply doesn't get used enough.

If you're looking for something safe go Reed. Upside play is obviously VJax. He'll eventually go off for 100 and 2 TDs
