With Big Ben out, would you start any Steelers QB

First off, I don't know if any of you guys are in leagues if you select a TQB where if you start them, you start any Steeler QB. But if you do, should I still start them with Big Ben out? They still have many weapons with Brown, Bell, Wheaton, and Miller so I'm still contemplating on starting them. My other option is the Giants TQB, and it's a 12 man PPR league.
